The fellow/owner served me with competence and good humor. There is a discount celiberating an hundred plus anniversary. I left with a good pair of shoes and another that I will leave on order for Dec. Go there!

Amazing place to get shoes, owner was very polite and knowledgeable! I just needed insoles for my shoes but my girlfriend and her father love their new shoes. All for a great price too!

Jim Chiprean has the utmost amazing customer service skills in the world! I didn't find a shoe for myself during this visit, but Jim was so willing to help, answer questions, make suggestions and even reccomend other places and shoe websites to look into for my shoe needs. He also offered an umbrella to my husband and me so we'd stay dry in the rain. Just a naturally kind man. I really enjoyed my visit to the store!

Walked in, owner was able to identify my shoe size just by looking at the 5-year-old worn pair I had on. Told him what I needed out of a new pair of shoes, and found me an amazing pair for exactly what was needed. Will gladly go back again when I need shoes in the future!

So nice to still have a store that is local and provides excellent customer service. How many places can you go anymore and still get fitted for shoes by an expert? 100% recommend especially for babies!

Stopped in on Black Friday looking for a nice pair of leather work shoes with leather soles.Jim and John helped consult on a few different types, had a chance to walk around and test them out and it was a great experience! Glad I tried them on to make sure they were comfortable to wear. If you are in downtown Butler check out Millers, the shoes were actually more affordable in person than online.

Just as wonderful to shop there as it was when my Grandma took us when I was a little girl. The glass entrance way and instant smell of genuine leather made me feel at home. So many shoes!!

I just went in today looking for steel toed work shoes because I wasn't happy with the offerings of nearby big box shoe stores and I had issues with incorrect product specifications when I tried buying online. I couldn't be happier. I was treated very well at Miller's and they had a better selection of safety shoes in my size.

Bought work boots here a couple months ago, forgot to leave a review then. I’m so glad I stayed local and got boots that have lasted me an entire season of wear and tear. Pretty sure I didn’t pay anything extra than I would’ve at a big box store either. Great selection and service. Will be back for my next pair
